The Club will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 8th, 2022. The EGM will take place at Links Avenue, at 6PM.
The EGM is being held to approve the Club’s desire to pursue Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status. To pursue any further development plans, including any redevelopment of the Links Avenue site, the Club will need to move away from the current legal structure as an Unincorporated Member’s Club. After reviewing the options open to the Club, the Management Committee believes CIO is the best structure for the Club going forward.
