We will sign the new 25 year lease on Links Avenue, following lengthy negotiations with North Tyneside Council, within the next quarter (December 2015 – February 2016). At that point we will be looking to appoint Volunteers onto our Board of Trustees, which will be made up of current Management Committee members on the playing side and non-footballing volunteers.
The new volunteering roles will also be advertised in the local media within the month. Volunteers will be asked to dedicate an average of 12 hours of their time per quarter, which will include attendance at Board meetings and assistance with reports and funding applications.
The Management Committee would ask all members and supporters to consider these roles and speak to family members and friends to raise awareness of this opportunity to get involved within our Club at a very exciting time in its history!!
